Gym Entry System with Mobile Application and QR Code
In a gym management system, QR check-in lets members enter quickly, easily and securely. Integrated with the mobile app, it simplifies operations for both members and gym staff.
How it works
QR code in the app: Each member gets a personal, time-limited QR code in the member app. The code identifies the member; it does not contain membership details.
Check-in: The member shows the QR code at the entrance reader. Alternatively, the member scans the QR code displayed on the device with the app.
Validation: CRM Gym checks the code and the membership on the server. Entry is granted when the membership is active and not frozen.
Logging: Entry and exit times are recorded automatically.
